Great to see a beer location with LOTS of taps and menu items. This is a large space with some communal seating areas along large tables, and some booths and bar seating. Popped in for lunch. The beer was great, and there were a wide variety of regular rotation and some seasonal items. Some high proof beers on offer. They also had cans, and a full bar for those not interested in beer. The music was pretty loud, and I assume this is mostly for a younger crowd at UCC and probably gets pretty crowded weekend evenings. Our kind of place, but the only loss of star was some of the food items. I loved the vegan fried chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries, but some others didn’t enjoy their food as much. The menu has lots of veggie and vegan options! (We were by a neon sign, hence the colors of the photos).

Food, drinks and ambient are spectacular! Just be prepared to waaaaaiiiitttt for the food! Myself and my friend were there for a Christmas lunch. We ordered several beers, the hot cider is amazing, and we also ordered the hamburgers Patriot, Jackpot, Cluck Norris and were all amazing. I will definitely come back with my family Only thing that caught my attention, and I really don’t know if they did it on purpose to allow us more time to chat, or to drink more, etc is that it took them around 40 min to prepare 6 plates of burgers…. And we were pretty much the only customers there such early in the afternoon So, this is just a heads up that you may need to wait a looong time when the place is full. When I come back with my family I will try to stay away from rush hours. But I’ll definitely come back, hopefully to give them a 5 stars πŸ‘πŸ‘

Went for Wings Wednesday, €15 for AYCE wings (2 hr limit). They look soggy but are actually crispy. Could only get through one top up because the sauce was rather sweet, despite a good tangy flavor with nice heat. The chicken burgers are overpriced considering the portions; fries are ordered separately too. Loads of options for craft beers from pilsners, pale ales, and stouts.

Went here for Monday night vegan and veggie buy one get one free. Burgers and fries were delicious. We had the beyond burger and Carolina chikn burger. Sweet potato fries and regular fries. Kids had the deep fried Oreo dessert and the cookies sundae dessert and both got a thumbs up. Forgot to take pics of the desserts.

If you're in Cork and enjoying some local Irish Stouts, then don't miss Jet Black Heart Stout from Brewdog. It ain't Irish, but it competes.
